The Powerful and Luxurious 2021 Cadillac Escalade

The 2021 Cadillac Escalade is a full-sized SUV that continues to offer the power, luxury, and comfort that fans have come to expect. The Escalade was created based on the GMC Yukon Denali and is essentially a luxury car on a truck chassis. However, while rugged and powerful, the Escalade is still a Cadillac at heart. This means luxury inside and out, with the amenities and attention to detail that we have come to expect in a Cadillac. While drivers and passengers enjoy a comfortable, spacious interior and state of the art technology, they can enjoy the muscle and pulling power of a truck. The Escalade is a very luxurious way to tow a boat or a small camper. The Escalade has miles of leather, onboard WiFi, four screens in the back for the entertainment system, among other luxurious details. The 2021 Cadillac Escalade comes in four trims that can be squeezed into three: Base, Luxury and Premium Luxury, and Platinum. Read on to find out what you need to know about the 2021 Cadillac Escalade.

The Base trim is not basic by any means, this is still a Cadillac. Escalades run with a 6.2-liter V8 that cranks out 420 horsepower and 460 foot-pounds of torque. This big heavy vehicle can get to 60 in 6.6 seconds, which is near the top for this kind of vehicle. The base trim has 20-inch wheels, adaptive suspension, automatic wipers, parking sensors and assists, remote start, and LED headlights. It has heated seats and steering wheel, and an infotainment system with an 8-inch screen. You may also customize your gauge display to your tastes. A Bose premium 16-speaker sound system is also standard on the base trim. Rear wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is available. The base trim starts at $75,000.

The Base is pretty luxurious, but for a little more you can step up to the higher levels. The Luxury trim has 22-inch wheels, a sunroof, power folding second-row seats, and all that the base has. It also has a rearview camera system for the rearview mirrors. At this trim level, you can get the driver assurance package with blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, and automatic braking. The Premium luxury trim adds adaptive cruise control, rear entertainment system, an overhead mounted display, and even more advanced collision warning systems. The Luxury trim starts at $81,000 and the premium luxury trim goes for $85,000.

The Platinum trim level is the Cadillac of Cadillacs. It has everything the other trim levels have and adds even more. It has power retracting steps on the side to help you get in and out. The power front seats will massage you. The leather upholstery is even more luxurious. It has a cooled front seat. A console is added in the middle of the front seat for more storage, and two more screens are added to the rear entertainment system. People in the back can watch different programs. The Platinum version is listed at about $95,000.
